I had this girl sitting around half finished for a very long time, and when my grandpa came to visit me this summer, he fell in love with her and insisted that I finish her so he could buy her off of me!

Her base was a Twirlerina. She was painted artist acrylics with the exception of the silver, which was a craft acrylic. She was rehaired with Dollyhair's Amethyst, Arctic Frost, Mermaid and Daiquiri Ice.
